  4. Massage: A soothing facial massage encourages relaxation and boosts circulation. Therapeutic tools may be used, including gua sha, facial cupping, acupressure wand and/or lymphatic brushing.

  5. Mask application: A customised mask is applied to address hydration, calming, or balancing.

  6. Moisturising and protection: The treatment ends with nourishing Day Care to protect your skin as you leave the treatment room.


Each step is performed with care, using products that respect sensitive skin and promote overall wellbeing. I currently use Esse Skincare and Weleda Skincare to support facials. Simplicity is key.
